১. সার্ভিসের বিবরণ:
ওয়েব সার্চ বিডি (www.websearchbd.com) রেডিমেড ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন এবং ডেভেলপমেন্ট সার্ভিস প্রদান করে। আমাদের সার্ভিসে নিম্নলিখিত অন্তর্ভুক্ত থাকতে পারে:

২. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট:

  • অর্ডার দেওয়ার পর, আপনাকে একটি কনফার্মেশন ইমেইল পাঠানো হবে।
  • পেমেন্ট সম্পূর্ণ হওয়ার পর সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি প্রসেস শুরু হবে।
  • আমরা “আন্তর্জাতিক পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (PayPal, Payonner, Wise)” এবং “বাংলাদেশ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে (Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, এবং ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার)” পেমেন্ট মেথড গ্রহণ করি।

৩. সার্ভিস ডেলিভারি:

  • সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির সময়সীমা অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের পর ২৪-৪৮ ঘন্টা।
  • ডেলিভারির পর, আপনাকে একটি ডেলিভারি কনফার্মেশন ইমেইল পাঠানো হবে।

৪. রিফান্ড পলিসি:

  • সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির আগে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ করা যাবে।
  • সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির পর রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য নয়, যদি না আমাদের ত্রুটির কারণে সার্ভিস প্রদান করা না যায়।

৫. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব:

  • আপনাকে সঠিক এবং সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।

Orders and Payment

  • After placing an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • Service delivery will begin only after full payment is received.
  • We accept “International payment gateways(PayPal, Payonner, Wise)” And “Bangladesh payment gateways ( Bkash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfers)” as payment methods.

Service Delivery

  • Delivery time is typically based on the requirement after order confirmation.
  • You will receive a delivery confirmation email once the service is completed.

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests are accepted before service delivery.
  • No refunds will be granted after service delivery, unless we fail to deliver due to our own fault.
